I am an avid reader of the The Kim Komando Show. Her latest daily tip is the coming of HTML5. It changes how browsers can handle video. HTML5 video is an alternative to Adobe Flash.  HTML is the language used to build Web sites. HTML5 is the next major version.

A daily nibble of dark chocolate may slash the risk of heart attacks and strokes by more than one - third, a new study found. Eating an extra 6 grams of chocolate a day or less than two Hershey Kisses , could prevent 85 heart attacks and strokes in every 10,000 people over a decade, said Brian Buijesse, lead researcher of the study published Tuesday by the European Heart journal.  Chocolate, particularly the dark variety that's rich in cocoa and potentially protective compounds called flavanols, appeared to have more powerful effect than fruit or vegetables..
